1. Who we are

Growth City Digital (Pty) Ltd ("Growth City", "we", "us") is an appointment booking agency based in Kimberley, South Africa. We are the "responsible party" for personal information collected through https://gcdigital.co.za as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. What information we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide in our enquiry form (such as your industry, monthly revenue range and what you've tried before).

Information collected automatically: standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. This is collected via Google Analytics using cookies, only after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie notice.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare for your strategy call.

To assess whether our services are a good fit for your business.

To follow up on your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp — including calls from our appointment booker.

To schedule meetings you request (via Calendly).

To improve our website and marketing using aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to operate this website, each processing your information only on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting), GoHighLevel (our CRM, where enquiries are stored and follow-up is managed), Calendly (meeting scheduling, if you book a call) and Google Analytics (website analytics, if you consent to cookies).

Some of these providers process data outside South Africa. Where that happens, POPIA's conditions for cross-border transfers apply, and providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and our agreements with them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as needed to evaluate and service your enquiry, and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless you become a client (in which case information is retained for the duration of our engagement and as required by law) or you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; object to processing (including direct marketing); withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforeg.org.za.

7. Cookies

Our cookie notice lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site. Essential cookies required for the site to function may still be used.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers.
